Gavin and Gus
One can say that Gavin Diller"s career began when he arrived home from the hospital as an infant. Gavin came home to a big sister, a German Shepherd Dog and a Labrador. He had no choice but learn how to get along. Similarly, my folks brought me home as an infant to a Boxer named Spice who surely kept an eye on my education.
Gavin's interest in serious dog training really took off about 5 years ago. He looked toward his companion dog Gus as a student. Both became teacher and student.
Gavin joined a training club and continues digging into all things dog training.
Gavin has acquired a working bloodline German Shepherd Dog with who he is teaching both functional as well as competitive tracking, protection and obedience exercises.
Gavin has been successful assisting in puppy training classes teaching a very diversified number of dog breeds and breed crosses. He has developed a feel for each dogs character and trains to their strengths.
Gavin is working toward running an American Kennel Club program designed to certify pet dogs as Canine Good Citizens. More information will be made available as this program matures.
Gavin is available for house-calls as well as private training sessions at the office by appointment.
Gavin may be reached directly by telephone.
